How often should I use it?

We recommend using our Smart Back Massager 30 minutes a day. The device also has an automatic shut-off after 30 minutes of use.

How long does it take to charge?

The Smart Back Massager has a rechargeable battery. It takes 3-4 hours to charge and the length of use with a full charge is 4-5 hours which means it can be used up to 10 times on a full charge.

I have used the product and don’t like it, can I get my money back?
